I'm a senior product designer with 10 years of experience, ranging from small startups to enterprise size companies. I got my start at an engineering agency turned product design agency, where I was able to hone my visual design skills before transitioning into a full-time product design role. While my time there was short, I still rely on the skills I learned there today. After that, I hopped around a couple of small startups before landing at HubSpot, where I joined as a Senior Product Designer I on ServiceHub. I'm very flexible in how I work. Every company I've been at has had a different style, and I've learned to adjust and get results no matter the environment. That said, when something doesn't make sense to me, it probably won't make sense to the user either, and I always trust my gut on that. If something needs to change, I'll advocate for it. I value great working relationships built on mutual respect and psychological safety, where the team can explore ideas openly. Outside of work, when I'm not rehabilitating injuries from 10+ years of breakdancing, I enjoy buying way too many fonts, listening to 80s J-pop, and eating charcuterie. Lately, I've also been trying to level up my fashion game.
